When we visited the site, it was always clean and protected and they were able to complete within the timeline that they projected (actually a day early!). They were also very respectful of our neighbors as we know that renos could be an inconvenience at times. The team kept in open communication with them at all times. We had an old deck to remove, and a equally ancient wooden patio overhang structure that had to go as well.The owner was very professional, prompt and communicative. Some issues cropped during the removal, which is to be expected in an old house, but he handled everything with ease, offering suggestions and handling everything. At the end of the first day, he took the time to carefully cover exposed pits and surround everything with caution tape.Can't recommend him enough!
